Our Story
Conau Group Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company under the Nigerian Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 as a private company on July 25, 1996, with certificate number RC 297033. It is an engineering company specializing in civil, electrical and mechanical engineering services, land and quantity surveys, building constructions, architects etc. The company have handled projects ranging from design and development of housing estates, civic centres, churches and shopping complexes.

Meet the Chairman
Engr. (Dr.) Cyril Ajagu is the immediate past Chairman of African Alliance Insurance Plc, Vice Chairman, Universal Insurance Plc, Chairman, Ghana Life Insurance Company Limited and Group Managing Director of the Conau Group. The Group comprises of over 10 Companies.
Engr. (Dr.) Cyril Ajagu attended the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria and holds a B. Tech in Mining Engineering and an MBA in Innovation Technology. His past work experience was spent in major Multinationals in the Energy Sector such as Mobil Nigeria and Overseas (North Sea). Schlumberger and Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited.
